How To Enroll
Simply click on either of the "Register" buttons below. Choose the "standard" assessment if you have a week or more to wait for the results once you submit them. Choose the "expedited" if you need your results scored within 1-2 business days. Either format will produce a write up with recommendations directly from Dr. Ari Novick, a licensed psychotherapist.
What to Expect
After you register, you will instantly receive via email a link to download your assessment with instructions. Simply follow the instructions, then fax, mail or email back your results for Dr. Novick to score. You may receive a short phone call from Dr. Novick if extra information is needed.

Guarantee and Refund Policy
Assessment are taken for a variety of reasons. Sometimes they are needed for a court or legal requirement and other times they are taken for personal data or information. We will provide a full refund within 60 days of purchase if you purchased the assessment but did not complete it (therefore no write up from our office was provided). Once we complete your assessment and provide the written write up results, we will not provide a refund. Please get prior approval to complete your assessment in a distance learning format before enrolling to ensure a Phone, Skype or FaceTime assessment will work for your specific requirements.
