The Online Anger Course was created for individuals who need or want to take an
anger management class for a court ordered requirement, for probation or other legal
need, or simply for self growth. The course uses a series of cognitive-behavioral
and psycho-educational "tools" to help clients better manage and control
anger and stress. Our courses were developed by licensed and trained professionals
in psychology and anger management.
These courses are designed to help individuals learn skills to improve their lives
