The Online Anger Course was created for individuals who need or want to take an anger management class for a court ordered requirement, for probation or other legal need, or simply for self growth. The course uses a series of cognitive-behavioral and psycho-educational "tools" to help clients better manage and control anger and stress. Our courses were developed by licensed and trained professionals in psychology and anger management.
